I'm sitting here watching Dr. Oz, and he's breaking down lots of diet scams out there.
It's unfortunate that most of us want a quick fix and not the stuff that works and will actually have us feeling better.
I love being on fall break (middle school teacher) this week, so I've been getting up and waling 3.5 miles every morning. I feel so much better. When work starts back next week, I'll continue my walking, just changing it to the early evening and I'll add back my Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away The Pounds."
